Lifehacker recommended a Google Chrome extension that “pauses” gifs. So, all the gifs on your dash turn into still pics until you click on them. A bit of warning: if you un-pause, you can’t re-pause, unless you refresh. Otherwise, it seems to be working really well!
I just installed it and it works exactly like she said.
You can’t re-pause, but it does stop them...

There is a whooping cough outbreak in my state. Several children at minisparks’s gym are now sick. Sadly, they WERE vaccinated, but with all these other weirdo strands going around, they got VERY sick.
Also, whooping cough vaccinations don’t necessarily last forever, so older children are still apt to get sick.
